Why do I emphasize others making work for themselves?

Let me put it this way: If someone is in need, he/ she is hungry, needs to pay the rent, pay the debt and all that, and you gave them money for the day. Tomorrow, you will have to do it again and again. But if you point them in a direction of where they can create a life for themselves, it's a lot better for them and for yourself. And there will be less pressure on you, you still have to support your own family also. It's getting more and more difficult to get a job in the corporate world, people need to look beyond that.
